PROJECT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT (PRODEP)
Welcome to the project management department! We are a group of passionate individuals guided by the need to create a sustainable environment through the effective implementation of projects. At PRODEP, we engage in the development of concept notes, terms of references, narrative templates, and reports. This department is always active to ensure the successful conception, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of all projects.
Communication Department
Welcome to the communication department! We are a team of development communicators who understand the profound role of communication in the fight for a sustainable planet. We engage in the conception and implementation of communication plans, advocacy campaigns, and media outreaches. We manage the organization's media handles and are part of all project lifecycles.
Resource Mobilization Department
Welcome to the resource mobilization department! We ensure the success of all projects through the effective mobilization and utilization of resources. Our team engages in grant searching and writing, developing appeal letters to potential sponsors, activating contribution packages, and more, all to ensure the availability of resources for our projects.
